Agility, Resilience, & Sustainability  Blog Posts

EkaLore defines Agility, Resilience, and Sustainability as three key measures of corporate strategy

Agility is the ability to change enterprise behavior to suit changes or disruptions in its operating environment. An enterprise's ability to shift its logistics and supply chain operations to accommodate a shift to direct to consumer shipping, would be a good example.

Resilience is the ability of an enterprise to return to earlier state after disruption. A manufacturing plant's return to production after a flood, or loss of power quickly would constitute resilience.

Sustainability is the ability of an enterprise to survive long term as conditions and customers change. An enterprise that provided services in the mainframe era that easily transitioned to PC software and then to Saas would be have maintained Sustainability.
