Thriving enterprises will have the capability to accelerate new products, deploy new processes, and vastly exceed expectations.

The human capital of a thriving enterprise will exceed expectations given a path to perform. The enterprises that can’t perform won’t continue to exist. Even the mighty companies in the DJIA 30 don’t thrive forever.
