4th of Five Actions to Take

Our previous post explore the third of five actions outlined in our post “Five Actions to Take”. Today’s post explores the fourth of the five actions to take in detail.

Are there operations disrupted by communications breaks, communicating with distracted parties, or decisions not being made?

Do Today: Contact 3-4 critical parties you don’t speak often to and assure them of your intentions and ask about theirs.

Many decisions get ‘put off’ during an external crisis period from uncertainty or doubts. Communications and real dialogue provides inputs to make decisions rather than avoiding them. Identifying communications breaks proactively gets them fixed faster as speed and reliability of contacts are most important in a rapidly changing period. Key to keeping uncertainty down is to actively take the time to reach out to the best, and worst, communications parties.

Our Next Post will explore the last of the five actions in detail. You can read the whole series at our website – www.ekalore.com/ars
