Make sure that training and “how to’s” for your enterprise are sufficient for the Office365 or GoogleTools that are now in more use as people learn new working patterns.
Collaboration is great, but make sure that the on-Internet tools (like GoogleTools, DropBox, and Slack) are appropriate for teams with highly confidential, regulatory, or audit-trail requirements.
