In our last post, the HR dept upped the salary to above market for the Security Architect position. The contingency companies seemed happy with the news, but still cautious.
After another week, the team lead was happy to provide 3 candidates for the CIO:
Candidate A — Checks all the boxes but a bit of a job hopper
Candidate B — Good solid architect but limited healthcare experience
Candidate C — Technically is qualified, but is light on experience. Very personable and a great interviewer.
The CIO was happy with this group but said to keep searching. He informed the CEO about the candidates and got a happy face emoji as a response.
