In our last post the CIO, conversation, found ample budget to meet and exceed industry compensation. The CEO was thrilled and told him so.
The HR VP was also quite happy with the budget news. Her team lead was even happier.
Several days later, the team lead delivered three new candidates. This time they were all well above minimum standards. Interviews were set up with the security staff almost immediately.
The interviews went well. The CIO picked his favorite candidate and set up a final interview with the candidate.
The CIO was the most optimistic he’d been since the start of the breach.
