Post 18 Loyalty is a virtue (Choices: Yes to continual loyalty program, No, Maybe)

To increase the value of the business Jim decides to invest in more marketing programs. He decided to go outside for help even though Sharon and Adam had some experience in the area.


Jim set about to find an expert in the area. Coincidentally, he came across an article an old grad school buddy authored in Forbes. Jim called to speak with him, and his classmate impressed him even more.


Jim explained that his budget was limited, and his friend suggested a mini engagement. The proposal consisted of a series of small rebates and coupons. It seemed easy to fit into the team’s current efforts. There were some twists to the way the rebates were offered, and the coupons were implemented. The steps were integrated into a “Loyalty Program”. There was an easy calculation to see benefits against just more customers. Jim accepted the proposal.


Decision: Yes. Choice eliminated no
