At their weekly video conference, Jim reported that their sales were increasing from people who found the product directly on the web. These customers did not cost $22 in promotion.
Sharon confirmed that there was a lot of good chatter about the product and the extension. She found some great comments on several groups not associated with the product in any way.
Sharon asked if they could extend some of the social media messages to include testimonials on other platforms and interest groups.
Jim again said that the budget was getting tight but authorized some more social media messaging.
